These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sea View Yoga Málaga website (seaviewyogamalaga.com), member platform, and all associated services. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By creating an account, booking a class, enrolling in a programme, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Sea View Yoga Málaga offers the following services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To access the member platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account credentials with another person. Each account is for one individual. If we reasonably believe an account is being shared, we may suspend it without refund.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your access to programme content will be removed. Note that certain records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Move Better is delivered as a cohort: a group of participants who start and progress through the programme together on a fixed schedule. Content unlocks weekly according to the cohort calendar. You are responsible for keeping pace with the programme. Recordings of live online sessions are made available to enrolled members within 48 hours of the session.
Enrolled members retain access to all programme video content for the duration of the cohort plus 60 days after the final week. After this period, access to video content may be removed. Lifetime access is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
The WhatsApp community group and weekly online sessions are active for the duration of the cohort only. Community access ends when the cohort concludes. You are expected to engage respectfully with other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to others.
Outdoor classes take place at a private sea-view location in Cerrado de Calderón, Málaga. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify booked participants as early as possible in the event of a cancellation.
You must book in advance. We cannot guarantee a place to walk-in participants. By booking, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in a group yoga class or will inform us of any conditions or injuries in advance.
Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the class before joining.
Private sessions are arranged individually by enquiry. Pricing, location, and scheduling are agreed directly with Stéphanie before the session is confirmed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full at our discretion.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. By completing a payment, you authorise Sea View Yoga Málaga to charge the amount stated at checkout.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
For programme enrolments, payment is required in full at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing.
You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your cohort's start date. After this point, refunds are not available as access to programme content has been granted.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing the programme, please contact us directly. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis, and may offer a deferral to a future cohort where possible.
Single class bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class for a full credit or refund. Class pack credits do not expire and can be used for any future class. We do not offer refunds on unused class packs.
If we cancel a class, participants will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
Founding member prices are offered for a limited time and to a limited number of participants. The founding price applies to your first cohort only. Subsequent cohorts will be charged at the then-current standard price.
Yoga involves physical activity. By participating in any of our services, you confirm that you are in a suitable physical condition to do so and that you have consulted a doctor if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Sea View Yoga Málaga is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Nothing in our programmes, videos, or communications should be interpreted as medical guidance. Always listen to your body and work within your own range of movement. Modifications are always available.
For outdoor classes, you are responsible for your own safety on the way to and from the venue. The outdoor location involves natural terrain and you should wear appropriate footwear.
Sea View Yoga Málaga accepts no liability for injury or loss arising from your participation in our services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
All content produced by Sea View Yoga Málaga, including video sessions, PDF guides, website copy, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sea View Yoga Málaga and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our express written permission.
Access to programme content is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, download, screenshot, or share programme videos with others. Doing so is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The YouTube channel content is publicly available and governed by YouTube's terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea View Yoga Málaga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of earnings, or injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify enrolled members by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless you are a consumer in another EU member state in which case you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
