A morning practice doesn't need to be long. Ten minutes of intentional movement before the day starts sets a completely different tone. Calmer, more grounded, less reactive. You don't need to be a morning person. You just need a mat and a reason to unroll it.
The body is stiff in the morning, and that's actually a good thing. Working through that stiffness slowly, without forcing anything, is how you build real, lasting flexibility. Rushing it doesn't help. Breathing through it does.
Over time, strength follows. Not gym strength. The kind that holds you upright, keeps your back happy, and makes everyday movement feel easy.

Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)
Three rounds is enough. Move slowly, link every movement to a breath, and don't skip the transitions. The Sun Salutation is a complete practice in itself. It warms the body, builds strength, and opens flexibility all at once. Perfect for mornings.
